BUTTON ADVERTISING CONTRACT

In consideration of the mutual terms, conditions, and covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows:

1. CLIENT engages THEGAYMALEBODY.COM in a non-exclusive basis for the purpose of advertisement for CLIENT'S website.
2. CLIENT shall pay THEGAYMALEBODY.COM a fee based on the services requested by CLIENT. The fee schedule is as follows:
   
   $100.00 per month for 30 days of button rotation
   
   Client may assum this service on a month to month basis. The fee will be charged in advance of advertising period via online payment to Blowsquish. The advertising period is defined as a rolling thirty-day period from the initiation of the advertising campaign.
3. Buttons must be provided by the CLIENT. They must be specific dimensions as stated below.
   
   Buttons: 120 pixels x 60 pixels
   
   THEGAYMALEBODY.COM is not responsible for the visual apperance of your button if the size is incorrect.
4. This AGREEMENT does not guarantee increased visitor traffic to the CLIENT'S website, nor shall it be held as a promise of increased sales or revenue for the CLIENT'S business.
5. Nothing contained in this AGREEMENT shall be construed to constitute the THEGAYMALEBODY.COM as a partner, joint venture, principal or employee of the CLIENT, it being intended that the THEGAYMALEBODY.COM is an independent contractor responsible for its own actions.
6. This AGREEMENT can be broken by either party in writing if services are not rendered, no longer requested or fees are not paid.
7. This AGREEMENT is personal between the parties and is unassignable, unless the assignment is to a corporation in which the assignor is the majority stockholder.
8. This AGREEMENT constitutes the entire understanding between parties and no modification shall be of any force and effect unless made in writing and signed by the parties hereto.
9. This AGREEMENT shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
10. THEGAYMALEBODY.COM reserves the right to cancel advertising at any time with a refund pro-rated based on time remaining.
11. Termination Policy: CLIENT may terminate paid subscription at any time without any explanation to THEGAYMALEBODY.COM. Termination notice must be in the form of email containing CLIENT's name, listing name and monthly subscription renewal date. CLIENT must contact THEGAYMALEBODY.COM before the monthly subscription renewal date in order to avoid the next monthly charge. Any termination notice delivered past the monthly renewal date will not be executed until the next monthly renewal date. CLIENT understands there are no refunds on monthly subscription fees - No exceptions.
